I make things. Usually small, usually at night, usually because something annoyed me enough that building the fix felt easier than living with it.
Almost nothing here was planned. The property dashboard happened because I was trying to work out what a house in my area actually costs and could not get a straight answer. The tennis tool happened because I wanted to watch my own rallies back without scrubbing through an hour of footage first. None of it was a product idea. It was all just the shortest path from being irritated to not being irritated.
I am not precious about any of it. Some of these are running, some have not been touched in months, and that seems fine — the point was never to maintain a portfolio. It was to find out whether the thing could be built, and then to have it.
I work in TypeScript mostly, Python when the problem is shaped like data. I have a weakness for making the infrastructure cost nothing, which is how so much of this ends up on Cloudflare.
